Property Notes

Please note that the reception and restaurant are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Breakfast is available throughout the entire week. On Mondays and Tuesdays, room keys can be picked up at the neighboring wine cellar "Schaukelpferd" between 17:00 and 22:00. Please contact the hotel, if you expect to arrive before 17:00. For arrivals on Mondays or Tuesdays, please note that check-in is possible either in the morning until 12:00 PM or again in the afternoon from 5:00 PM. The sauna can be used free of charge by our guests daily between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, subject to prior registration. Please note that pets are only allowed in the following room type: Double Room - Hirschkopf A. We charge €8.00 per day and dog (max. 2 dogs allowed).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
