"Leider dreckig"

Gute Lage zum Bahnhof in Probolinggo und in der Nähe das Restaurant Yakuza. Täglich 1 Liter Flaschenwasser bekommen, danke. Personal war nett.

Zimmer schmutzig, Spinnweben überall, Spiegel dreckig. Wäre alles in 15min geputzt, wenn man sich halt die Mühe machen würde, statt am Handy zu spielen stundenlang. Schilder an der Rezeption alle auf indonesisch. Klimaanlage wurde auf 17 Grad eingestellt, aber hat das Zimmer in 2 Tagen von 35 Grad auf 30 Grad runtergekühlt. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Fön. Jeden Morgen, tagsüber und abends der Muezzinruf extrem laut, kein Schlaf mehr möglich, sonst aber ruhig. In der Umgebung spazieren nicht empfohlen, alle starren einen an. Checkin aus Prinzip erst ab 14 Uhr, obwohl das Zimmer frei war, war um 12 Uhr da, sollte 100.000 IDR extra zahlen. Zum checkout keiner da an der Rezeption.

"Happy to leave this basic accommodation and move on."

Walking distance from the station. We wanted this place as a base for Mt. Bromo trip and it sufficed.

Air con didn’t really work. We asked for a fan and got one. The two together were just about enough. Grime in the bathroom and sink caked in. A bit far from restaurants.

Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Bidet with the toilet a nice touch. Conveniently close to the train station. Street food and restaurants close by including a tasty Japanese place.

The bed is kept at one corner of the room surrounded by walls from both sides whereas the ac is at the other part and the air from ac doesn't flow to the bed. In our room we were given no blanket, no toiletries. When we asked they gave us a bedsheet in the name of blanket - very very thin and not comfortable to sleep. The bed is old and creaks.
