The position was perfect and the staff very friendly and open to help you with everything

The toilet was ok but it could be improved a bit

Good location, very close to Probolinggo train station. AC available. The owner waited for us even though we arrived very late (2am)

Bed was quite unconfortable and room was not very clean

Very convenient, it had everything needed (but no breakfast). Next to the train station and a good Japanese restaurant ('Yakusa'). :-P

Noisy muezzins at night, like anywhere in the city.

Very kind attention, we have had a few days a little sick and helped us to recover, very clean everything and the air conditioning was a great salvation.

Hot water did not always work properly

The staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly. He was more interested in playing games on his phone than to help us. We couldn't leave our backpacks to visit Mount Bromo, not even on our own responsibility.

The location is near the Probrolinggo train station. It is perfect for one night stay before we headed to Bromo. Room is clean. However, the AC is not working properly and no cold air. It was warm overnight. Complimentary bottle of water in the room.

We read many reviews about the prayer time. This did woke us up in the early morning.
