The bed was very comfy, and the waiters were very polite and professionals.

It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway to enjoy the spa and the hotel. On the day of the arrival the spa facilities didn't work. We had to ask them to turn on the sauna and Turkish bath. The pool had cold water and was full of noisy children. We wanted to give another chance for the spa on the second day after breakfast. Unfortunately, we found everything out of service again. The whole place is very dirty and not taken care of. The bathtub was full of mold. It was not a good experience at all, and I would not recommend it.

Great staff and food, but spa, pool and facilities need improvement We had a mostly pleasant stay. The staff is excellent – friendly, helpful, and professional. The food from the restaurant is delicious and well prepared. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is located in a very quiet and relaxing area, ideal for resting. Also, the spa masseur was fantastic – truly one of the highlights of our stay. However, there are several downsides that need attention: The outdoor pool was very cold and not clean. The indoor spa area had poor ventilation – hard to breathe inside – and the water was dirty. Access to the outdoor pool is not baby- or stroller-friendly – there are stairs and pebbles that make it difficult and unsafe. In general, the hotel could use some renovation – many areas feel worn out or outdated. With some updates and better maintenance, this could be a really great destination.

The breakfast was nice, very beautiful view to Plovdiv city.

There was a strange smell in the rooms (something like scented strips) which was a little heavy. The dinner was in a more distance spot in the hotel. Also a lot of renovations around the hotel.

Comfortable large rooms

I had to send my evening meal back as it was cold in the centre. Breakfast hot choices were cold. Parking. I followed the sign off the main road which takes you to the rear of the hotel. There were no staff around and I had to struggle with a substantial amount of luggage along a gravel path then a number of steps. I am 67 years of ages and this caused me pain to my left shoulder. When we eventually got to reception I saw there was car parking at the front of the property and asked if I could bring my car round as I still had a large suitcase to bring in. I was told no and the car parking was only allowed at the rear. There was no offer for anyone to assist me with my luggage. The best they could say was that I could load my car at the front when we left. I was going to have a massage so asked at reception if they could arrange it. I was told I had to go to the spa to do this. I went but after waiting 10 minutes at an unmanned desk I left so no massage was had. The hotel really needs to improve their customer service.
