Das Bad war nicht sauber, Dusche schimmellig, der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, das Zimmer riecht nach Zigarettenrauch, das Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, auch nicht wegen Aufpreis. Die Aussage an der Rezeption: wegen Ramadan.
