A localização é maravilhosa, em cima do melhor JR e muito próximo à praia. Era silencioso, limpo e as camas e travesseiros eram bons. A água realmente esquentava e o ar refrigerava.

Aconteceu um acidente e meu filho fez xixi no lençol (eles tem capa impermeável). Me cobraram 60.000 pesos para lavar algo que já deveria estar no preço do hotel, afinal incidentes acontecem. Valor cobrado desproporcional. A tratativa dos funcionários para conduzir o assunto foi péssima. Todos os dias e todos os funcionários ficavam me falando que eu teria que pagar por isso. Foi um tipo de violência psicológica e depois disso eu não consegui mais dormir, com receio de ocorrer novamente (meu filho não faz xixi na cama, foi uma eventualidade mesmo).
