Motel 6 Chattanooga Downtown

Red alert. Do not book reservations here. When I booked the reservation for a family emergency. I paid online and then when I arrived they insisted an additional 200 dollars per room per night.

I was never able to check in. I was told of some convoluted issue where I was going to need to cancel the reservation (which it was too late to do as it was past check in time) and then be charged several other charges. The clerk was never able to explain it to me and I left without ever checking in and still was charged for the room. I have also contact Hotels.com but still no response.

It’s had roaches

They refused to honor your reservation. Need a refund as the property very dangerous and tried a bait and switch upon checkin. They even refused their own confirmation message.

They refused the payment. Property had homeless in lot and drug sales in lot. They attempted to extort another 50 dollars per night. I will need a refund as I had to get another motel in a better area

Book room on booking.com and gave my card they took money for room when I arrived at motel 6 they changed me in and told me that I had to pay cash for the room that my card wouldn't be charged for the room so I paid motel 6 the next day at checkout I was charged for the room on my account went to front desk and asked for my money back and they told me I have to call booking.com to get my money back booking didn't do anything for me and motel 6 didn't do anything I paid for that room twice and nobody at either place did anything but stole money from a customer both are rip off
