A localização é excelente, no Centro, na rua principal. Os funcionários são muito gentis e solícitos, tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante e a moça da limpeza. No restaurante, lembro do Sr. Rui, atencioso e forneceu informações valiosas sobre locais de passeios e melhores rotas para um outro destino que havia planejado conhecer. Mas todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O hotel apesar de antigo, está super conservado, renovado, muito aconchegante. O quarto que reservei a cama era grande e super macia, no banheiro os sabonetes em tamanho maior e com cheirinho agradável. O hotel como um todo com uma limpeza impecável. Próximo de muitos pontos turísticos que, inclusive, da para ir a pé. Em frente tem duas praças lindas. Eu e o.meu esposo gostamos muito da estadia e da Cidade de Serra Negra, que é linda e muito bem cuidada.
