ROO experiență de neuitat! De la momentul în care am pășit în hotel și până la plecare, totul a fost absolut perfect. Personalul este de o amabilitate rară, mereu gata să te ajute și să-ți ofere o experiență cât mai plăcută. Simți cu adevărat că se preocupă de fiecare oaspete. Curățenia din cameră este impecabilă, iar spațiul este primitor și confortabil. Am apreciat enorm atenția la detalii și faptul că totul strălucea de curățenie. Micul dejun a fost, fără exagerare, excepțional. O varietate incredibilă de preparate proaspete și delicioase, pentru toate gusturile. A fost cel mai bun mod de a începe fiecare zi. În plus, locația centrală a hotelului este un mare avantaj, permițându-ți să ajungi rapid la cele mai importante atracții. Recomand cu toată încrederea acest hotel și abia aștept să revin! Este alegerea ideală pentru oricine caută calitate, confort și servicii la superlativ.
RORecenzie: 10/10 Totul a fost peste asteptari!! 🤩 Micul dejun super bun, diversificat si proaspat in fiecare dimineata, chiar si cafeaua a fost f buna (ceea ce rar gasesc). Personalul extrem de amabil, mereu cu zambetul pe buze si gata sa te ajute cu orice. Camera curata, patul comod, iar locatia e perfecta – aproape de centru, dar totusi liniste noaptea, fara galagie. Am avut parte de un sejur minunat, sincer nu gasesc nimic de reprosat. E genul de loc unde chiar simti ca esti in vacanta si nu trebuie sa-ti faci griji de nimic. Recomand cu toata inima si clar o sa mai revenim! Multumim pt tot!! ❤️

PLBardzo dobra lokalizacja, miła Pani w recepcji, bezpłatny parking nieopodal zamykany na klucz. Śniadanie w formie kateringu było wystarczające. Blisko do centrum.
W pokojach było ciemno i duszno mimo przenośnej klimatyzacji, znajomi nie mieli nawet okna, ściany zalane i było czuć zagrzybienie, kolega miał zepsuty zamek w drzwiach ale dostał inny pokój.

The room wasn't so clean , spider web in the bathroom, no air conditioner in the room , just one room with air conditioner in the entire hotel . One room on top of my room was given to a family and the floor was awful, I couldn't sleep because the guy who was staying above me walked all night long and noise was too much for me. I understood from the receptionist that the manager knows the situation, but nothing to be done . Receptionist gave me another room , in fact the only room with air conditioner, but the door electronic system was broken , we couldn't locked the door when we were going out and the same story ...the manager knows the whole thing. I don't recommend.
