Cazarea a fost foarte bună, mic dejun super ok .

Am solicitat factură pe persoană fizică și aveam credit de la booking pe care doream să-l folosesc, dar doamna de la recepție nu a știut cum trebuie sa utilizeze acel credit și a avut o atitudine un pic deranjată că ea nu știe și prin urmare s-a facut factura cu prețul întreg.

Paturile foarte tari, am primit prosoape de schimb doar dupa ce am cerut. Curatenia in camera era facuta superficial, se observa praf gros pe mobila. Capul de dus mare statea sa iti cada in cap daca porneai apa. Personalul de la receptieparea deranjat de clienti si raspundea superficial la intebari. Hotelul este de 2 stele cu indulgenta.

Poate că în baie ar fi fost util un uscător de păr, deși noi nu am avut nevoie!
