La atención al cliente es espectacular. En front desk Luis es muy dispuesto y amable, con mucha atención al detalle. La habitación es impecable, nos sentimos muy cómodos, la ubicación es perfecta para caminar 5 minutos a Provenza o a 100 pasos del Parque Lleras donde hay mucho ambiente de fiesta. Las asistentes de servicio brindan cuidado especial a cada detalle de la habitación. Estuve celebrando una ocasión especial y a su solicitud, el personal muy dispuesto a crear el ambiente perfecto para una memorable sorpresa. Muy Agradecida! Volvemos

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The front desk being available via WhatsApp 24/7 to answer any questions was very helpful. The location is great next to all the night life and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. We loved having access to the jacuzzi over looking the city after a long day of sightseeing. Our bed was super comfortable and I loved the decor and vibe of the hotel. Definitely recommend!

You are a couple streets away from the heart of the poblado nightlife, with ear plugs this didn’t bother us at all, we still slept very well.

The hotel is so pretty on a lovely pedestrian street in the heart of the busiest areas of Poblado. It is absolutely gorgeous when you get to the roof for the hot tub with that amazing view of the city complete with the bar up there for a cocktail at sunset, chill out chairs to relax and the Cold Plunge and Spa complete with all robes, towels you would require. This part was great. Room- Loved my room, it was pretty, clean and had all the facilities I needed Spa - Amazing massages you MUST book early for these. Amara and Diana were my masseuses and both were fabulous. I did 2 treatments and receommend them highly. Drinking Water at Reception so you are never without water Solo Woman travelling - the hotel itself felt VERY safe at all times of the day however the streets generally in Medellin you need to have your wits around you. there is a lot of security and police but still.

Noise- YES this is a huge issue to be honest. The hotel cant obviously change their location and whilst its central in Poblado where you want to be, you will probably not sleep..I am the best sleeper in the world so pooh poohed that it would be an issue for me but even for me it was bad...the hotel were super kind and offered for me to leave early but I was happy to stay and put up with the noise and was given a special voucher for a complimentary spa treatment for the noise issue. Thank you. much appreciated. Arrival at hotel on foot. NO TAXIS can take you to the door, I was a little shocked that I had to get out and walk with all my suitcases in a busy street on arrival and NO-ONE had bothered to inform me that taxis/ cars dont go down the hotel street..not an issue if there are a few of you but when a solo woman traveling along you do feel very exposed.

Location, super clean, big room, super nice staff (security all day)

The street can become slightly shady at night, but we had 0 problems.

The room is too small, there is no place for anything

great location, love the sauna and cold plung and pool. would stay again, bar tender knew all the hot spots be sure to hit her up for info
