"Rough around the edges"

Dinner was very good. Staff were attentive.

Rough around the edges. Needs maintenance and updating. Room was cold and management would not put it on. Breakfast was not great.

"Comfortable, friendly, needs a bit of a tidy up but overall good."

Easy parking, friendly staff, nice venue

Our room was a little tired, plus, as we were at the top of the stairs 1/4 of the room was taken up by the cutaway of the stairs. The outside areas could do with a bit of a tidy up.

"En-suite issue"

Friendly and attentive staff, restaurant, bar and food were very good the bed was comfortable, the room was clean but cool.

The room itself is in need of revamping. The thing that really let it down was the condition of the en-suite, this is in desperate need of stripping out and completely renewing to remove all mould .
