Je suis parti dégouté

Même si j'ai annoncé la réception quelques jours avant mon départ ils ont refusé de rembourser la dernière nuit. Ils ont dit qu'ils vont rembourser a Booking. Mais ils ont refusé Booking aussi. Puis il y avait un bruit, les voisins qui lavent dehors...
