Ładny basen dostępny w obiekcie

Po pierwsze najważniejsze lokalizacja obiektu na mapie booking nie pokazuje realnej lokalizacji miejsca. ( Brak numeru bardzo długiej ulicy). Zależało nam aby wynająć pokój w nessebarze. Przed rezerwacja proponuję sprawdzić na mapie Google miejsce rezerwacji. Mrówki chodzące po pokoju, średnia wygoda łóżek. Słaba czystość np pod łóżkiem na szafie i w innych miejscach które chyba nie są sprzątane. Cieknąca woda z toalety. Niedziałający telewizor który utrudnia otwarcie szafy. Moja pierwsza tak niska ocena ale przez to że z lokalizacją sie strasznie nacielismy i nie zmieniono tego do teraz będzie bardzo nisko. Nie polecam

We chose this property due to its proximity to Cacao Beach, where a festival was being held; however, the prices were significantly inflated because of the event.

I would not recommend this property. It is not a hotel with a reception, but rather a set of apartments, and you have to arrange in advance with someone to meet you at a specific time to give you the keys. Upon arrival, the person took me to the room and, to my surprise, offered me a studio instead of the apartment I had booked. Photo attached — this is what we were initially given, with the claim that it was the apartment we booked. I explained in detail that this was not what I paid for, but he told me that the hotel does not have apartments at all. When I showed him the photos from the Booking.com listing, he said that the pictures are not an indication of the room you will get. He then claimed everything was fully booked. During the conversation, he also made an inappropriate comment, saying that I “knew too much” and was “too open,” which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. I refused to take the studio and told him to either find me an apartment or I would contact Booking.com to clarify why apartments are shown as available if they are supposedly not offered. After that, he took me to a small office-like room and, within minutes, “magically” found a free apartment. While walking to it, he asked what would happen if he “upgraded” me to an apartment—clearly trying to get extra money from me. I told him I had already paid for an apartment and expected to receive exactly that, without paying anything more. The whole process took around 30–40 minutes and was unnecessarily stressful. The pool has only about 10 lounge chairs, which guests "reserve" throwing towels early in the morning, leaving nowhere to sit despite the hotel being fully booked. The pool water was also uncomfortably cold. There was no coffee machine or coffee, no plates—just a few glasses. No shampoo was provided, and the room was never cleaned during our stay.

Location

When we made the reservation, it was clearly stated that free car parking was included. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that there is no free parking at the hotel. Instead, we were directed to a paid public car park outside the property. This situation was unexpected and inconvenient for us, as we specifically chose this hotel based on the advertised free parking. We would appreciate clarification on this matter, and we kindly request a resolution, such as a refund of the parking fees or other appropriate compensation.

Konumu havuzu ve tesis çok güzel.

İnternet çok sıkıntı sürekli gidiyor. Ayrıca evde çok karınca var her yerdeler. Bahçeye çıkan kapıda sineklik yok

I like the service of the staff that was provided, The facilities are excellent, especially the pool that is 6+!

The WiFi was terrible, with a bad connection, and keep disconnecting.
