Nothing because we paid twice one time for booking.com and 2nd time cash for them by saying we don’t have contracts with you and the system is down. So please refund our money

"A beautiful place to relax in with convenient access to mountains for skiing and hiking."

We had a spacious room with balcony overllooking the park. Excellent bathroom. Natural spa water jacuzzi. Very good food in the restaurant. Excellent service. Free parking just outside. The facade of this small hotel is beautiful and there is a great view of the mountains.

Very little not to like. There is no lift.
