Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück bietet ausreichend Auswahl.

Das Zimmer ist etwas hellhörig gewesen, was die Nachtruhe leider etwas zu früh beeendet hat.

Ein Hotelangestellter hielt uns die Fahrstuhltür auf.

Der Portier wollte den Unterkunftspreis nochmal kassieren,obwohl wir über booking com bereits bezahlt hatten. Er hat sich allerdings entschuldigt. Das Brötchenangebot war sehr eingeschränkt. Der Käse stammte wohl vom Vortag.

A simpatia das pessoas. Tem uma boa localização pela acessibilidade à Estação Central. O serviço de pequeno almoço é bom. Globalmente tem uma boa relação preço qualidade.

É um Hotel antigo e isso determina alguns espaços e a sua organização. Mas não é limitador, principalmente em viagem de trabalho.
