The HDMI port wasn’t working and ask them to change the room and they said all the tv’s same and will not work but i had to push them and the accepted and when I tried the tv it worked

staff was very cooperative. The rooms are very clean. the only down side was that it was a bit far from haram. but you can easy get there by jeeny in tops 25 SAR. Had a wonderful experience.

Not worth for the money , very small rooms and bathrooms

It was a very good, clean, and cooperative staff. The location was a bit away from masjid nabwi. We have a car so it was not a big problem. Everything was available around the area for restaurants, pharmacies,general stores, and masjid with a small play area with it..

Water was collected on the bathroom floor due to flooring tiles not being properly fixed. There was a problem with hot water in the bathroom. Hot was coming for a few minutes, then it became cold, and hot water will start coming again after a few minutes. Coffee shop was closed
