1. Location for this hotel is on road, so its good. 2. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 3. Room size is very good.

1. Property don't have dedicated parking for the vehicle. Need your vehicle outside on the roads. 2. Curtain and bedsheet covers are seems old and smelly. 3. Bathroom foot mat is always wet when and dirty. 4. Bathroom has a open window that could be a breach to privacy.

As a vegetarian, I found the food options for breakfast and meals to be very good. The hotel is located close to the railway station and the main bus stand, so that way it is very conveniently accessible. The staff were also cooperative and helpful.

Hotel Girnar is located in the business area of Aurangabad, near Himalaya Bus ticket office (6-minute walk) and a short 10-min tuk tuk ride or 30-min walk to the central market. My room was spacious and came with a view to an unremarkable courtyard (but that wasn’t an issue for me). The ceiling fan did the trick for my winter stay. Mothballs were used as ‘air freshener’ - but again, this would be quite common across the country. Cleanliness is important for me, and it must be mentioned here that the room was spotless. What made this hotel stand out was the courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism of every staff member. They went an extra mile to accommodate my little requests, and did so with a smile. What a little gem of a hotel! I would definitely stay here again.

Frequent Electricity problem and hence unable to bear the heat in the room. Didn't turn on the DG as soon as it required

We visited Aurangabad mostly to see the Ajanta and Ellora caves, and this hotel was close to the train station (which we left Aurangabad from). There was a misunderstanding over whether we had booked a room with AC or not. The hotel initially thought not, but when we showed our initial Booking.com email confirming AC they immediately and graciously gave us an AC room. The room was clean and comfortable.
