La Paris Estate

Communication was excellent throughout our booking of the trip and the stay. We were celebrating a special occasion and the property gifted us a bottle of MCC on arrival, as well as a congratulatory dessert when we had dinner at the Bistro. The breakfast choices are also excellent.

Lovely venue. we were there for a bday celebration which was lovely. Food was fantastic. our room lacked regards rating. Toilet fell apart, only one spoon cutlery. No touches as tissues.

Room looked a bit old and need attention.

the cleaning of the room was insufficient. no spare toilet paper and rubbish was not taken out

Amazing staff, very helpful and always helping. Pool is great and spacious We had a personnal barbecue session in front of the house (service from the hotel) and they installed the "braii" and let you grill

breakfast start at 9am which is a bit late when you are with a baby during our stay 2 weddings occurred in the venue which is fine but unexpected

Fantastic venue, clean and beautiful surroundings. Staff were professional, friendly and went the extra mile for us. A big thank you to Grant who was fabulous and looked after us very well. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The food was excellent and the staff were very attentive

the first room we were allocated was dirty unfinished and not as described by Booking . com. However we were moved to a better unit however it was not ready for use. Grant sorted all the issues however the room should have been ready for use. Also despite being told breakfast was included we were limited to one course and two drinks.

We had an exceptional stay. it’s a beautiful hotel with great food. The rooms are great with a really comfortable bed and plenty of space. The thing that stood out most was the perfect service from Grant and his team. Everyone went above and beyond. They were so friendly, helped us in any way they could think and were really proactive. Nothing was a problem and they were great with our 2 children. I wanted to particularly thank Durain as well as Grant, as he was in his first week and was brilliant. It turned the stay from good to great and they are the secret sauce of the hotel.
