"Very good"

Travelling on a paddleboard, the accommodation was conveniently near the port (the mile long river corridor is a different story ;-) The lady of the house arranged everything possible to move our tired bodies to the desired destination and excused our miserable German.

After the freezing conditions of the day, we could have used tons of hot water. Beware, no English support (which seems to be an issue for half the Germany. That and very limited support of the card payments turns the country down tourist wise; here, the accepted my Visa - Well done!

"Nice room but no restaurant really"

Nice and clean, well decorated. Windows could open to let fresh air in. Staff were very nice and welcoming, although not much English spoken. Good efficient breakfast . Good place for one night stay passing by.

We arrived just before 5 pm, and there was no option for supper at the hotel that calls themselves a restaurant! We eventually found another place to eat but not due to any help from the hotel, and that’s on Friday evening
