Hotel Paradiso

Everything was super except breakfast time, see below.

Work organization during breakfast requires improvement. Many products were unavailable while others were overloaded. People delivering food were totally chaotic, like there was no communication between them and kitchen. It was really annoying and disappointing.

Great location right next to the beach, fabulous pool and lovely chalet on the beach.

The hotel is very noisy ! And they accept dogs and you can smell it. I love dogs but they were barking all night

All staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Location was handy to town with a short bus ride. Beach right across the road. Good pool area to relax in. Breakfast was exceptional with a large variety of different food on offering. Dinner in hotel was good value.

Emanuela and her staff go above and beyond in making your stay perfect. Room was super clean, spacious and a turquoise blue spectacular view of the sea. The pool area is quiet and cozy. Breakfast was abundant and had homemade local pastries and cakes. We received a discount at 2 nearby restaurants which were both top quality dinners.

Our travel agent booked this room for our tour extension to San Benedetto del Tronto, the hometown of my ancestors. My wife and I were surprised to learn that we were staying in Grottomare, but it was the best! We stayed for 3 nights just across the street from the beautiful Adriatic. Bicycles were available on demand, and we used them constantly to explore the entire area. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was large. The entire hotel was spotless and in excellent repair. Christian and his staff served opulent and delicious meals, all with homemade breads and desserts, and all of them made with unique and tasty recipes. Emanuela was a wonderful host, making us feel welcome and at home. Her staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Thanks to her, Monica, Sara, and all others who work so hard for their guests, we will cherish our visit and plan to return again very soon.

Stayed here for one night on the way to Northern Italy during a 16 day tour of Puglia. It’s a shame that we only had one night here as it’s such a lovely hotel. I simply cannot fault it. I’m surprised it’s classed as a 3 star hotel as I would say it was a 4 star hotel. First off, there’s the view. I had a gorgeous view of the sea from my room. My room was lovely. Not huge in size, but a perfectly adequate size, and very well decorated. The room was nice and light and the blue colour scheme was relaxing. It had a lovely en suite bathroom with everything you could need apart from a facecloth, so you’ll need to bring one of those with you. The hotel has free wifi, which is available in the bedrooms, and there is a flat screen tv in the bedroom too. The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the breakfast, which had a huge variety of items - everything you could possibly need and more. They even had meringues! The evening meal was just as lovely. There was a buffet with nibbles to start with, which included items like devilled eggs and bruschetta, before going on to the hot food. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again myself.
