"Poor maintenance but nice staff"

Kind staff and location.

The sheets were stained. The shower curtain had mold. The soap dispenser was broken and when reported it was not repaired. The towels did not smell fresh. When I asked for new towels they also had an unclear smell to them.

Short walk or tuk tuk to city centre. Well staffed and basic breakfast but a nice bonus

No hot water for sink, but also not uncommon in travel
