Internet signal is not that good. I was cut off several times in the evening when I was having my online meeting.

+ The location is very accessible to nearby establishments. Malls, restos, etc. + The breakfast buffet was ok. They served rice, hotdogs, eggs, luncheon meats, bread for toasting, and fruits (watermelon & pineapple). Then there’s also coffee, water, and iced tea. + Staff were nice. Just the front desk ladies should be more approachable and attentive.

- The windows and the walls are not capable to cancel or to block the loud noises from outside. Especially the hotel location is near clubs and the road. You can hear the annoying karaoke music/singers until past midnight. The motors from the vehicles outside can be heard as well. Pretty bad for light sleepers. - The wifi/ internet connection is sooo bad that it even disconnects too often. - The blankets/duvet does not even have the correct cover. I asked the housekeeper if they maybe had a mistake be because they only used two flat sheets as a cover for the duvet. But she said they do not have proper duvet covers. It was annoying because the sheets keep on detaching from the duvet. The pillows were also very uncomfortable to use. They are hard and thick that it causes the neck to hurt. - There were only a number of channels available on their tv. Still needed to pay or to subscribe. - For some people this might be ok as it is a budget hotel. But there are also some other budget hotels that performs well.

The staff is friendly and accommodating even we came so early they let us in thank u so much Figtree ..cheers

Just add complementary coffee in the room or water. Overall everything is great
