Other staff are accommodating. Except for the OLD GRUMPY WOMAN WITH CURLY HAIR.

The old grumpy woman with curly hairly was not accommodating and she did not attend to my concern regarding the error in booking. There was discrepancy on the amount in the app versus their system. Instead of correcting it, she asked me to pay more than the value of the amount posted in my booking. She did not exert any effort to fix it. -the reviews posted in this Platform are all correct. -cr was very dirty. -cr has a very bad odor, I think it was a smell coming from a septic tank -it is very uncomfortable to stay, if you intend to rest because you can here the sound from the other rooms and the noise from running vehicles outside the highway -there were many cockroaches! -bedsheets were not clean, bedsheets were recycled. -there was a "no smoking" sign but you can smell the smoke in the room. -VERY INCONSIDERATE!!!
