Very quirky and an excellent stay again

Was nice to be able to bring my wee dog

No leaflets saying where you can go, no tissues and only 2 toilet rolls. The lift was a little temperamental at times too but apart from that. It was perfect xx very comfy beds

I only arrived at 2am after a gig, was still able to get in, staff were great

The lovely big room and big bed was very comfortable. The grub was good and lots of it . I had the burger and it would feed 2 people. Breakfast was good. Starts at 8 but could do with starting at 7.30 but not a big deal. Hotel has lots of character. A bit dated but nice and clean. The bar is nice and cosy with lots of TV screens . The Guinness was top notch . Both waitresses were very friendly and polite . Check in was quick and again nice and friendly and polite

Not much not to like. Earlier breakfast maybe .

Loved our stay in mahons the food was delicious and the rooms very comfortable and what can I say about the entertainment absolutely first class we thoroughly enjoyed the music on Saturday and Sunday night especially Joe and his doggy in the window some singer Joe

Breakfast was good and the staff were good.

The hotel was on a very busy corner and we had a front room, and the traffic was passing by for about 16 hours every day. Sleeping was very difficult. The bed was disappointing as it was two single mattresses pushed together when We asked for a double mattress. It tended to open up in the centre, which was not very comfortable. And the shower didn't work either, the water only went to cold and didn't warm up at all, very disappointing.

Very friendly staff, lovely big room, clean and tidy! The breakfast was huge and tasty! Will definitely return
