la habitación que nos dieron no tenía espejo y muebles (tocador o mesita de noche) pero nos cambiaron a otra que estaba muy bien equipada así que jaja

Muy amable la atención y mucha tranquilidad para descansar aparte para los peques tienen en que distraerse un 4 estrellas

Que en buki salió más caro que lo que cobran allá eso no me pareció ya que en otros lados es al revés en buki más barato que lo real

Todo la verdad es un excelente lugar para relajarse,convivir en familia y tener unas vacaciones excelentes. El personal muy amable y atentos excelente El lugar super limpio nos hacen sentir como en casa.

they have a clean sheets and towels. Pablo was very helpful and very informative.

We loved that there was a clean pool as we had spent the day traveling and relaxing next to the pool was refreshing. The hotel was located within walking distance from the town and it was easy to access the minibus for the Grutas Tolantongo. The room was comfortable and clean and as described. It had everything that we needed and as we traveled in September, we appreciated the extra blanket that was offered to us without asking. The shower was hot with good water pressure. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and it was excellent value for money. We would choose to stay here again if we find ourselves in Ixmiquilpan. Thank you.
