Schlosshotel Ingelfingen

Very friendly staff and a great breakfast but an odd room; it was cold and austere with a high ceiling, hard floor (no carpet or rug), no decorative touches and little comfort. We had only one pillow (one extra strange flat thing in the wardrobe) and a light duvet. There was no lounge or bar that we could see, so you need to go back into the town if you want a drink or a snack. In contrast, the breakfast was superb, offering a huge range of fresh food and drinks. Perhaps we just got unlucky with the room?

Excellent 3*** Hotel with nice and clean, not too big rooms, but excellent service and great staff. You start your day with an amazing breakfast. My vote would definitely, if you also take value for money, 5*****!

I stayed for 2 nights and the hotel staff was extremly nice! They changed my room because i wanted to stay with my colleagues in the same building. The rooms are renewed and very comfy. Everything in the room are very clean

We visited here because my husband's great grandfather came from this area. The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful in helping us find places; understand the area; and give us direction. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms more than comfortable. I would recommend this placw to anyonw who visited.

The rooms are very clean and have a very good standard. Everything is good quality and nice optical impression, the team seems very helpful and always acting supportive. Regarding the menu, the dishes are very well selected and taste delicious, the wine list is exhaustive and focuses on the region. Nice parking garage for free, nice surrounding with a garden park next to it and the nice view to the castle. Clear recommendation!

I have just returned from a couple of nights at Schlosshotel Ingelfingen. Everything about this hotel is easy: parking, check-in, rooms, dining, bar and breakfast! The staff is unusually helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The food is really good - an original and inventive menu, and plenty of variety. There is a good selection of local wines available, with the winemaker's office over the road and the vineyards in view. There was a variety of options for breakfast, and the best bean-to-cup coffee machine I have ever seen. Rooms were spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. They were also all different shapes and layouts - a change from the norm. A great place to stay, and I left refreshed!

Very comfortable hotel near our Head Quarters so I took my UK customers to stay & the evening meal. The rooms were great they looked newly improved with new bathrooms and comfy beds. The restaurant served lovely food with English menu as well, so I will be back when I'm next in the area.

Very clean and spacious room and bathroom, elevators and (in this very hot summer ) a large and cool shadowy terrace where the " kitchen" offers you a more than acceptabel lunch and diner. Free parking and wifi.

We and friends stayed for one night while attending the theater in Jagsthausen. When we could not find a hotel that suited us there, we discovered the Schlosshotel Ingelfingen. It was a serendipitous discovery. The hotel met all of our needs. There were a few small problems, but EVERYONE on the staff went out of their way to remedy them. Things go wrong, even in the best of hotels. How the staff responds speaks more than words. Everything was quickly and smoothly resolved. I would have given a higher rating but for a few small matters of which I did not complain. Two of us stayed in a room for 85 Euro. The hotel graciously gave us a 250 ML bottle of water to share. Most hotels that give gratis water give you two 1 L bottles. The toiletries (one bar of soap) were scant for a hotel in this price range. My wife commented that the room looked like it was decorated by a man. It looked OK to me. We also ate in the restaurant and rated it Very Good. It also shared the very helpful staff with the hotel.
