Amabilitatea personalului indiferent de ora ( dimineata, seara, dupa-amiaza), apelarea de catre pers hotelului ca , camera a fost gata mai repede.

La capitolul curatenie trebuie avut un pic mai multa grija la protectia huselor ptr saltea , si a prosoapelor. Posibil sa aibe firma la care apeleaza ptr curatarea lor , si acestea sa nu fie atenti la aceste detalii

Обзавеждането, подовата настилката и стените бяха остаряли морално и в лошо състояние. Миризмата от мокета беше застолята и се усещаше в целия хотел. Нямаше топла вода, както и душ кабината беше счупена и тясна.
