The staff is really good, and the facilities are great as well

The staff at this homestay were very nice, friendly and helpful. The facilities in our budget room, room 103, were perfectly adequate for the price. The property was ideally located, just a short walk to the busier streets of Kuta.

Unfortunately we found bedbugs in our sheets on the second night. Staff changed the sheets but apologised and said they could not offer us another room as they were fully booked. We still found bedbugs in the room after the sheets had been changed so we had no option other than to find alternative accommodation. We asked if we could get a refund for that night but were simply told “sorry”. I regret having to leave a negative review and I understand that these things happen. Bugs are part of backpacking but we could not knowingly sleep in a bedroom with bedbugs. Again, the staff were very friendly and the homestay was otherwise nice but I wouldn’t want any other travellers to have the same unpleasant experience.

The staff is great, very friendly people, available for very good recommendations, you feel almost like family there. Marco made sure we had a very good guide at Sade village (in like 5 mins) and he was indeed the best guide we could have. We stayed for 5 nights and rented a scooter from them. The price was very good for both the room and the scooter. Breakfast was good, I recommend banana pancakes. The rooms are good too, comfy beds, hot shower and a drying rack for each room. Water, coffee and tea are available all the time which is very handy (good Lombok coffee). The building is just in the centre of Kuta so you can just walk everywhere in the town. The pool is also very good, nobody uses it, but is is clean and very deep, with a nice view to the sunset. We loved being in here, I hope to come back soon

Excellent location, right in the centre but also a nice quiet place. Swimming pool was lovely, and the breakfast was also nice. The staff helped us to book our boat to Gili Trawangan. Our room was very big and the shower was hot & powerful

Everything was perfect except the toilet in our room was a little bit broken and would lean to the side a bit if you moved! But otherwise we loved our stay here

The structure of the booking system. You book online but have to pay cash. If a Homestay is registered with a company then you should be able to pay via a card and not have to deal with this cash issue upon leaving.
