Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war sehr bequem und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, man kann dort aber direkt Roller leihen. Der Ausblick ist unglaublich. Wir waren während eines Geburtstags da und es war kein Problem einen Kuchen zu organisieren und das Zimmer wurde schön dekoriert. Auf Anfrage wurden sogar Kokosnüsse besorgt, die das Hotel garnicht auf der Karte hat.

Wir haben einmal das nicht inkludierte Frühstück genossen. Es war durchschnittlich aber nicht schlecht. In Kuta finden sich aber gute Alternativen.

If you are looking for a blend of modern comfort and authentic coastal charm, this is the place to be. What truly elevated our stay was the impeccable service. We would like to extend a special thank you to Pak Wawan, the Hotel Manager. It is rare to find a manager so hands-on and genuinely invested in the guest experience. Pak Wawan was incredibly attentive and friendly, personally ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect.
