We love everything about this property and Lisa was an amazing host .

There was no breakfast

No stairways. My wife and I are up in age and it was tuff going up and down them.

This was the most gorgeous hotel in the cutest little waterside town, we over everything, the spacious clean modern room, the decor, the walk in shower, the veranda, we are at Regatta overlooking lake Authur watching the sunset

Nothing it was perfect, we are on a road trip and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed

We were very pleased with the hotel. Friendly staff with easy check in. Room was very comfortable with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Thanks for everything. Highly recommend! A++++

Loved it all!

It’s a little gem of a place, we love these quirky private places better than big hotels. It has real character and you can walk to the bars and restaurant on the lakes shore. Absolutely stunning place

This hotel exceeded my expectations entirely. The staff had great communication with us prior to arriving. The entire hotel was SPOTLESS. I was amazed by the cleanliness and care they take of this charming little hotel. The balcony is an exceptional addition, and I throughly enjoyed being able to grab a book from the ones laying around to read and relax before getting some sleep. And as a bonus, I was able to wake up early and make myself a pot of coffee and grab a quick snack on my way out the door! I will definitely be back for a longer stay.

This is a well finished repurposed building. A lot of thought has gone into the decor, lovely comfy beds, spacious rooms, towel basket adequately filled, hairdryer that works and a decent shower. We arrived late and one of the staff members had to be contacted to come and let us in from home down the road. Response time was quick and very friendly and helpful. Complimentary snacks were well received from reception. Overall a really lovely hotel, would definitely recommend.

A couple of really small things that would just up the finish; If providing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel I like to see some lotion provided. The quality of the products didn't meet the overall feel of the place and should be reconsidered if the property is being sold as a more upscale boutique type hotel. There were young children in the room next to us who were running around a lot. This can't be helped but the noise levels could be decreased if there was some runners on the stairs and maybe rugs/carpet in all the rooms. It sounded like the kids were running on bare floorboards so it was loud. Coffee for the machine in the morning wasn't good quality but we were really grateful for the comp snacks as we arrived late and left early and nothing was open.
