Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι όπως και τα δωμάτια είχαν πολύ ωραία αισθητική. Ήταν ήσυχα κ καθαρά. Το πρωινό επίσης περιποιημένο κ ανανεώνοταν συνεχώς. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν φιλόξενοι, ευγενικοί κ διακριτικοί.
