Hotel Hirschen Horn

The service is really great! The staff is friendly and really helpful! Breakfast is delicious and the rooms and the different facilities are beautiful.

Although it is a "Spa OASE", you are not able to relax fully, since they accept families with small children and babies. They are loud! Parents screaming to the children, babies crying... children running on the "ruhe zone" or relax areas. Simply anoying and we could not understand how come they allow it. That is not a place for small children or babies. They monopolize the swimming pool and scream and play splashing around. Even if you are in the sauna in the pool area, you can hear the screams from outside :(

We loved this property so much! It was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast each morning was delicious with lots of variety.

It was all perfect

Super luxurious contemporary design in the rooms and all the public spaces. Lovely staff especially the lady who served us at dinner. We went for the gourmet set menu and it was excellent and enjoyable experience. Wellness area is magnificent and surrounding access to paths around the lake was wonderful. Also very much felt like a family business as we saw the owner and his family a number of times checking in with guests and generally making us feel very welcome-unusual in this day and age for such a high end hotel. Thoroughly recommed.

We only stayed one night so didn’t really have time to use all the facilities properly so it was a shame the saunas didn’t open until after we had to check out. A little off the beaten track which is both a plus and a minus as took a while to get there.

The food was very good and the room was very comfortable. Sadly, we didn't get a chance to visit the pool or Spa but hopefully next time.

The glass windows and balcony need to be kept clean.

The water temperature in the pool was way to low. Not really relaxing.
