It’s in the right location

There was a lot of banging all hour of the night because there is a Gym on the 3rd floor

The Front Desk Service was good.

The microwave I was able to use was in the washroom.

My room was dirty with mold in the bathroom, and strong smell of urine It was obvios to me It was not clean,and need to be closed. I complained to the night shift and nothing was done,until the following day.

Staff was lovely. The property is terrible.

Most things. My first room had a huge window to the hotel’s laundry room. When the rain fell I could see water coming in through the roof and falling into electrical sockets. The bathroom smelled like sewage; the towels had hair in them; room service didn’t come when I asked and when they did they simply made the bed, left the hairy towel and didn’t even take out the dirty teacup. The second room was not smelly but it was right below the weight room in the gym above and on the side of traffic. It was therefore extremely loud and reverberated everytime someone dropped weights on the ground (all the time) or a big truck passed. The food was also not great and yet it was still very expensive.
