Seacoast Sanctuary Beach Hotel

This location is wonderful. Near the beach and best restaurants. We spent most of our days walking and exploring. Good bed, good shower, spacious room, AC. We are easy going, when it comes to the beach locations so this hotel was a good pick for us.

Stained furniture, sheets, towels, walls, curtains. Housekeeping and maintenance needs to up their game here. The balcony door wouldn't lock properly.

If you want to be near the action this is the place - the location is great - 1 minute from a great beach - loads of yoga, bars & eateries nearby - v safe location for lone travellers

Directly opposite Dots Bay house, lots of music blaring into the night, at times felt like I was at Glastonbury festival !!! Music from the garden bar continuously, mostly techno! Manager also loves to party, got woken up by him coming in drunkly ranting at 4am !! The place could do with a massive clean, windows cleaned, sheets & towels replaced, fridge & bathroom deep cleaned, had cockroaches in the room & many ants - the whole place is grubby, room door had massive crack in it & no safe in room. Again not a budget price - but it was a big room & location just great!

The location is excellent, just around the corner from the sea. The room and bathroom are very spacious, and the balcony is generously sized as well. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming.

The overall cleanliness could have been better, and the balcony furniture was somewhat outdated. Depending on the room’s location, you might hear the music from The Dots quite clearly. All in all, it’s a recommendable place, and the price-performance ratio is fair.

The room was very spacious, featuring two single beds and one double bed, which was perfect for accommodating my family of four, including two children. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the room had a large balcony, which was a great bonus. The service provided by the caretaker was excellent and highly commendable.

A bit tired , could easily be improved with bit of TLC , coat of paint and tend to the gardens.
