Seacoast Sanctuary Beach Hotel

The location is amazing, through the nice garden and straight into the beach..love it! The Manager Amila was extremely helpful and can tell he tries to do the best for his guests.

So much potential to increase the facilities with not a huge investment, need new sheets/ towels, and a mini fridge and safe would do a lot to bring the hotel up to another level, also more daily housekeeping. I cannot see the hotel charging anymore without addressing these things.

everything was awesome, we loved Amila the host, great man and helped us with booking all the trips and surfing. speaks amazing english which is nice to be able to communicate with a local!

could do with new bed sheets, the towels were very hard almost like sandpaper.

The location is perfect, 1 miniute from the beach. The rooms are big & clean

The guy that runs hotel is very friendly and helpful and will do anything for you Location superb - straight in middle of place and beach is a 1 min walk max. Big family room Air con is great Has a few channels to watch if that's your bag when getting ready The place has serious potential to be an amazing property if fix a few issues

Room only cleaned every 2 days and really needs daily when sand is being dragged over floor Windows and doors dont lock properly Outside area looks really nice, we went off season and its overgrown and all closed (understandable to close but appearance isnt great vs images on website)

The lacation to the beach and restaurants

should be fridge, safe and seawiew. Fridge in staff area, no safe and no seawiew.

I love the friendly staff who went the extra mile to help us when necessary and were very kind. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable compared to other hotels we checked at Hiri.
