Lovely big spacious room with great view of the sea, really clean. Nicely designed small boutique hotel, only 3 rooms so never felt busy. Really relaxing place to stay. Great location, only 10 min walk into the main busier town and beach. Staff all really lovely and attentive. Banana cacao smoothie a must have! Great pool, good size to properly swim but also has bench in it so good for relaxing /looking at the view/ reading your book. Garden overlooks a small bay you can walk down to and explore the rock pools. Loads of wildlife visits the garden, peacocks, monkeys and more!

Nothing bad to say, only improvements would be some garden lighting in the evening as the pool is open till 9 for residents but after 6 it’s too dark to swim. Air con in the room was ok but the room gets super hot if you don’t close the curtains during the day.

The staff were very very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! We stayed as part of our honeymoon and the staff made us feel very special with cake and rose petals. It also has a very beautiful view straight on to the ocean! It’s very pretty to wake up to this view :) the property was also very very clean and looked after! The pool is also very nice too!

The facilities are extremely limited and the rooms shouldn’t be considered luxurious, particularly with an outdoor bathroom when it rained it wasn’t covered properly and not very comfortable. There is also alot of building works around the property which we were not aware of, and we ended up leaving early. The front looks to the ocean which is lovely, but behind is a building site. It’s very expensive for what you’re getting. You should also know that it’s not in the centre of town and a fair walk away!

The staff were lovely especially the guy running the restaurant! Pool was great and food was too and just such a lovely vibe and aesthetic! Especially loved how there are only 3 rooms so you really have the area to yourself in mornings and afternoons, and when others come during the day you still have loungers reserved. The view from the balcony and room is beautiful! There is a gate directly onto a lovely beach and it is a short walk away from restaurants, spas and the main part of hiriketiya! Overall it is very peaceful :)

It would be even better if the breakfast was included, if they did more with the rooftop, and if they cut down some of the trees so you get more a of a sea view in the pool - although these are just very minor improvements!
