If I bring someone it's okay since I own my room. Important thing is I don't disturb other guest. The Receptionist is nice and they guard the hotel all night which it is very important for the security of all guest. This time I will rate this 9/10

My refund, since I stay 1 night only. I booked 3 nights and I went home due to emergency. I have remaining 2 nights left and I ask the Receptionist if they can refund me like 20% or 10 % but they said "NO". The Receptionist told me that they have a lot of payments like booking.com and Unexpected Tourism Fee which very expensive. Please, next time put already in your system so that the guest will prepare allotted money for the hotel. Over all performance. 5/10 to be fair.
