Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischem Obst usw. familiäre Atmosphäre Chef kümmert sich wirklich um alles. Sehr freundliches Personal. Getränke aus der Zimmerbar kostenlos erhalten. Sehr gutes Abendessen im Restaurant.

Hotel Arkade was wonderful! Would highly recommend. Our flight was highly delayed, meaning we arrived in the middle of the night, but the host was very accommodating and friendly. He also provided the hypo-allergenic bedding we had requested and met all our on-site needs that came up, as we rushed to get ready for a wedding. The room was excellent and cool, despite the heatwave, the decoration was tasteful, the bathroom clean and modern. But mostly the host, who was so lovely, made it a fabulous experience. Wish we could have stayed for Breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Mario. We arrived a little earlier than expected, but that was absolutely no problem, which we really appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and we had a very comfortable and relaxing night’s sleep. The next morning, we decided to add breakfast, and it definitely did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and there was a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. A big thumbs up to Mario and the entire team for their hospitality and attention to detail. The service was outstanding, the accommodation was immaculate, and we truly felt welcome throughout our visit. 10/10 recommended! :)

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Leverkusen - wir konnten zu Fuß vom Hbf anreisen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Beste waren aber sicherlich die sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter!

Wir waren vollumfänglich zufrieden.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, gute Lage-fußläufig zum Rhein, sehr leise, bequeme Betten, sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal, sehr zu empfehlen
