The room was exceptional, it far exceeded what we expected for the price dog friendly

It would have been a bonus if we could access the hotel through the door that led to the reception desk rather than through the dining room, although this was a minor issue

Great stay for mid travel night. Fabulous food in restaurant. Very comfortable stay.

Huge bed and bedroom and huge bath/hot tub. Very friendly guy behind the bar checked us in and helped with luggage to room. Secure gated parking in front of our room. Nice food for dinner. It’s open for food all night as a stopping off place for lorries and other travellers.

It was dark when we arrived after a long drive. Address was not recognised by Sat nav. The hotel looks like a castle but when we saw it from motorway it said Hotel Madera not Hotel Real Castillo! So we went past it. Very confusing! The shower head didn’t hang anywhere and the jacuzzi bit didn’t work but that didn’t matter. I had a nice hot bath. I think soap dispenser was empty and we ran out of loo roll in the morning but has our own in car. Just minor things really.

La habitación grande y decoración antigua pero bien conservada y mantenida. El Restaurante esta muy bien y es muy importante porque no hay nada alrededor. Todo muy limpio y el personal amable.

La ubicación no es atractiva por estar junto a la autopista y la zona algo sucia y degradada. A la vez, su cercanía a la autopista es una ventaja por buena comunicación.
