De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, en de hygiëne is fantasties

Het hotel heeft niets met een viersterrenhotel te maken. Kranen lekken, slechte verlichting die kapot is. Geen waterkoker op de kamer, geen minibar of koelkastje op de kamer, toilet-rolhouder hangt op een hele irritante plaats als je op de toilet moet gaan zitten. Slecht regelbare warmwaterkraan. Sommige dagen in het hotel niemand aanwezig. Sauna gesloten. 's nachts veel last van pratende mensen die voorbij lopen en voorbij rijdende auto's. Matrassen erg slecht. Prijs voor dit hotel 50% te duur.

Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. Poloha hotelu je skvělá, zařízení plně vyhovující. Snídaně byla úžasná. Stejně tak personál, který byl velmi nápomocný, když jsme museli řešit nenadálý problém. Moc děkujeme za skvělý pobyt.
