no running hot water bed sheet and blankets are poor in quality they don’t provide essential kit like toothpaste or soap but they are expensive in their rent . based on their facility the rent they are changing is too high.

Finally when I was about to cancel then they have me room which they (as usual the hotel business) keep for walkin customer. With clean linen (there are tiny red spots here there. I also took it because it was 10pm in the night and heavy raining. But what I like was their private parking slot which is adjoining compund.

The linen and pillow covers were full of stains. They showed another room there also similar but very dirty linen and pillow covers, in fact linens were torn condition. The mineral water bottle were not real. This hotel doesn't have inhouse restaurant.

Overall it was good.

I want to check out after 24 hrs. But i was asked to check out at 10 am. Further, i was very upset that 24 hr check out time is allowed only to direct/ phone booking. I can't understand the logic of refusing to online booking.
