Superfriendly and responsive staff — when I mentioned needing an iron on the way to my room, the lady accompanying me stepped upstairs for a moment and handed one to me right there in the corridor. I was given a double room instead of the single I booked. Clean, high-quality linens. I found the double bed very comfortable. On the evening of my arrival I ordered tiramisu and it was delicious. Breakfast: hard-boiled eggs, two types of cold meats: salami and ham, sliced cheese, granola, cornflakes, yoghurt, juice, warm crusty baguette pieces, butter, jam, honey, pastries, fruit, coffee or tea. (I might have missed something.) The lady serving breakfast was equally welcoming and spoke many languages — impressive even by Luxembourg standards.

A few things to be aware of: At this price point, most of this is perfectly expected — in comparable hotels you might find worse. The wardrobe can’t take full-length garments, and there’s no socket near the desk. No ironing board — though staff were creative when I requested an iron. Plumbing is a little worn, hot water takes a moment, the chair is basic, no safe. If your room faces the street, expect some noise — cars, buses and especially early morning rubbish collection. The airport is also very close. Worth knowing for light sleepers. Not central, though well connected by bus until midnight — after that, a taxi or a 3 km walk from the city centre. Again — I found the stay great nonetheless.

It is very far from central station if you are not catch right bus might miss out location also no escalators so difficult to climb with luggage

I liked the breakfast, which was fresh and had a good variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making the stay very relaxing. I also enjoyed the restaurant because the food was tasty and the staff were friendly and attentive.
