Car parking was superb.

The accommodation is basic, but what I expected.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic shower. Easy parking. No keys to worry about.

Lovely compact room, not cramped. Great shower, enough mirrors and lamps, hooks for coats and rack for muddy shoes, hairdryer, very good pillows and proper duvet and Mini fridge. Super easy to get in and same with parking. Location brilliant.

Nice modern, clean, contemporary decor. Very comfortable bed. Safe and secure allocated onsite parking. Very close to all amenities and to the seafront. Great location.

Extractor fan ran VERY noisily ALL night. Made sleeping very difficult and affected our enjoyment of our stay. TV unwatchable due to appalling reception. One glass and 2 coat hangers between two people. Soap in dispenser watered down so much as to be an utterly pointless addition. Asked to strip the bed on departure!

It was great to have parking. It was clean, warm, and comfortable. Very modern and bright. Great fridge and lots of lighting as no windows in the main bedroom. Great widows and curtains in mezzanine. Best part for me was having the lift and parking and a very comfy bed, excellent TV as I had to rest part of the day. A few biscuits on the table with the tea & coffee or croissants would have made it 10 out of 10. Hairdryer gave up the ghost, but that had probably worn out during the summer.

No proper chair to sit on. Only a fold up wooden chair. A small tub chair would have been great. Found bathroom sink far too small to wash in or fill the kettle. But did find a plastic jug to fill kettle. A shelf to put your bits and bobs on in the bathroom I regard that as essential, especially as the basin and surround very small. Lovely hot shower and able to put the radiator in the bathroom and bedroom on using the thermostatic temp control on each radiator. Very comfortable bed and great white bedlinen and towels. My adult daughter didn't feel that comfortable in the single bed in the mezzanine, but she is used to a double bed. Again a small chair would be great to sit on, and if there is another child one that opens into a small additional bed rather than the worn out one in a heap in the corner

Great location, and with a parking spot too!

I know you said it was advertised as a 3 bed, but when I was searching I was searching for 2 adults and 2 children. My 11 year old was fine on the floor, but I don't think she'd be happy to do it again. Shame you couldn't provide bedding for the chair bed for her. There was sand in the cupboards when we arrived too. And the room was pretty warm. Opening the windows didn't improve the airflow much.
