Tv signal was so poor could not watch. Room stuffy and hot with no space for a chair to sit on. We left day early as no tv signal . Management couldn’t have been more helpful but sadly owner is aware of tv issue but appears to not want to outlay to fix it :(

Great location, comfortable. Having the parking was super useful.

We only had 1 loo roll in the bathroom and had to buy our own in. I would be fine with this if it had been more clearly stated that we should bring all our own toiletries.

It was clean, bed was comfy and there was parking although that was £30!

You had to pay extra to park, tv didn’t work properly and the shower didn’t work properly it was either boiling hot or cold, no toiletries

Location is spot on.

Rooms themselves are very small and poorly laid out e.g. sloping ceiling meaning even average sized people have to constantly duck. There is a 'dead' /wasted space in the corner of the room that is just not practical to use. Skylight means you will be woken up by the light at dawn, no avoiding it even with the pull down blinds ... unless you keep the skylight shut, which for most will not be an option. No toiletries. We had tea in our room, but not in our friends who also booked.

Ideal location for visiting the town and have access to parking. The owner was very prompt to resolve a issue

The 2nd child's bed was a fold out bed of cushions without any bedding, the bedding issue was resolved promptly, but when booked the room we identified we had 2 children in the party..our receipt/reply didn't indicate the 2nd 'bed' was not actually a bed, the images on the booking showed 2 single beds..

The location was perfect and the fact it has parking is a real bonus and there is a great place for breakfast next door at The Bakery. The room and bathroom were very clean.

The car park door had a fault when we arrived and we didn't have a contact number to get the problem fixed. We discovered later that there was an emergency contact number in the room but we didn't know that. We did track down the owner who was very helpful. the front door of the building is accessed by a code. This however was not working as the door was able to be opened just by pushing it! Not very secure.

Very nice and comfortable, great location and parking is a huge benefit. Would defo use again.

Needed black out blinds upstairs as woke my son up early when sun came up.
