Great service - big rooms

No aircon it would seem, just an integrated fan. The room was very warm throughout my stay

Friendly, clean and welcoming, lovely place to stay

I didn’t like the fact that the king accessible room was on the 16th floor, had there been an emergency and lifts were out of order I would not be able to get down due to mobility issues. So I don’t think that’s very practical. I also didn’t like the fact that the car park that had there discount was not the one in front of the hotel, as a disabled person, having to go to the multi storey, unload everything including my mobility scooter and then carry my luggage to the hotel was difficult and inconvenient, and then having to do the same when we left. It’s not very disabled friendly.

Frokosten, hadde tenkt å kjøpe denne hver dag, men det ble kun den første dagen. Utvalget var ok hvis det hadde vært smakfullt, men det var lite smak, varm mat var lunken, seigt og trist bacon, smakløs eggerøre… Ubehagelig varmt og utrivelig lokale, innerst i en gang, virket bortgjemt
