Toby Carvery Strathclyde, M74 J6 by Innkeeper's Collection

Ive been to this Toby Carvery several times over the years. Im no stranger to the "Euro Car Park" outside and the general need to put your reg in the console. I stayed at the adjacent Innkeeper accomodation for a weekend in April. On checking in at the Toby Carvery bar, i was given a check in sheet to fill out my details which included my reg number and informed that all info would be updated. Two weeks later, I received the first of 4 parking charge notifications based around the different times that I had left and entered the car park over the weekend. Clearly my details had not been updated :-( I lodged the various appeals initially but knew that would be a protracted wait so decided to contact the chain directly. Ultimately these charges were cancelled relatively quickly but not after a couple of hours of me having to chase up something that I didnt do wrong. And not even a whiff of "you can have a free cup of tea the next time your in"!!
