According to Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers, Passports and the Children's birth certificates of each passenger in the group at check-in. The room rate is based on 2 adults only. Maximum 1 child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Children from 12 years old and above should be considered as adults, an extra bed with an inclusive breakfast is VNĐ 560.000 per night for the buffet breakfast. Guests are to pay the surcharge at the property. Children from 6 -11 years old per room can share parent’s existing bedding for complementary, and will be charged for the buffet breakfast at the reception. Please note that foreign guests need to provide a valid passport and a visa at check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
