I like the attention received by receptionist J Lopez at check- in. She was the light of the night. I had a late check- in. The room i received was beautyfull and kept clean by housekeeping every day. The room had a big window with view of the pool. The waiter; Jose at the restaurant and lobby bar is super atentive and good in his work, ( he needs to be promoted)

The amenities in the room in comparison with other 5 star hotels is a bit basic. The TV is also basic no smart tv with youtube or Netflix. My observation of the sambil connected to the hotel, there are a ot of empty halls. Stores that were there in my previous trip in april that are not there anymore, it was a bit shocking.

The location is the best thing about the hotel but the room has a lot of space and the breakfast is varied.

The staff, especially the receptionist girl, made me feel mistreated because they did not explain the hotel's internal policies upon arrival. And even worse, they were disrespectful and unfriendly towards the guest. However, the rest of the staff were very friendly.

The bathroom door did not close, the shower door leaked water to the floor outside, and some of the metal pieces in the bathroom were corroded.
