Hemos tenido una experiencia muy buena en el Hotel Rural El Valle. Desde el primer momento fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros. Al llegar, nuestra habitación tenía dos camas separadas y solicitamos el cambio; hicieron todo lo posible por reubicarnos y nos ofrecieron una solución rápidamente, lo cual agradecemos mucho. Se nota el interés por el cliente y el trato cercano. Sin duda, un lugar recomendable para desconectar y sentirse bien atendido.

Quizás las almohadas eran demasiado duras, pero en el armario había otra más blandita
